RASPBERRY LIME Smoothie
The perfect summer smoothie has arrived!
Instead of unsweetened almond milk, use chilled green tea as its base. The green tea helps kickstart your metabolism AND raspberry and spinach provide your body with a boost of superfoods!
What you'll need:
1 serving protein powder (plant-based is preferred or whey)
8 ounces chilled green tea
½ cup frozen raspberries
Juice and zest from ½ lime
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1 large handful raw baby spinach
2 teaspoons stevia (optional)
What you'll do:
Place all ingredients in a blender along with ½ cup water and 4 ice cubes.
Blend until smooth.
Drink it up immediately ;)
