For me, my day is not complete without daily ritual.
Many of the rituals you find below are a part of my routine, either daily or weekly.
Skincare on the daily - some yoga flow in the morning followed by meditation.
I try to get sauna time 1-2 times per week.
Dedicating enough time for sleep has increased as I get older...and I am not apologetic about 8-9 hours per nightt.
It's still a struggle at times - and I have embraced the ups & downs of hormonal change and how it can effect sleep.
Like they say - "the older, the wiser"...I like to think of these rituals as a devotion to aging gracefully.
