a little bit about me...

​

for the last few years, I have had this longing to create.

to bring to life a digital space to share my journey of health & healing with others...because when we share our struggles, triumphs, wins and losses - we realize we are more alike, than we are different.

​

all growth happens outside our comfort zone...so I took a leap of faith &  launched the remedy...

​

here I share ways that I have integrated holistic, functional health and fitness into my everyday life.  you will find easy, whole-food healthy recipes, my daily rituals, tips on fitness & yoga....and many other modalites I use to feel satisfied, more energized, always nourished & never deprived!

​

through my own life-long struggles with body image, yo-yo dieting, obsessive workouts & all the baggage that comes with it - I have finally found a road map that I use daily to feel better in my skin & love myself more - essentially, I found my way back home to my authentic, true nature of self-love & acceptance, I found confidence & began to really listen to my body. Now I feel the duty to help others find this food freedom...and body love!

my  ultimate goal is to educate, empower and inspire you to take an active role in your health and start living the life you always dreamed of... I am here to tell you that it is possible!
