Easy One Pan Garlic Dill Lemon Baked Salmon – ready in just 30 minutes,
so simple and delicious - pair it with a salad or roasted veggies for the perfect effortless nutritious meal. Just SEVEN staple ingredients is all you need!
1 1/4 lb Salmon — King, Sockeye or Coho salmon
1/2 tsp salt — to taste
1/4 tsp black pepper — to taste
3 cloves garlic, minced — or 1 tsp garlic powder
1 tbsp fresh chopped dill
1 tbsp butter
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp lemon juice
Preheat oven to 400 F.
Use parchment paper on sheet pan or grease pan with avo or coconut oil.
place butter in small pieces along the middle of filet
In a small bowl combine olive oil, garlic, dill, and lemon juice.
Place salmon skin side down on sheet pan.
Pour the mixture over the salmon and spread on top.
Bake for 15-20 minutes, until the fish is no longer opaque on top. If you'd like it to look golden on top, broil for 1 minute, (425F ) keeping an eye on it. Thermometer inserted in the middle should read 145 F.
Garnish with fresh dill and lemon slices.
