2-3 ripe bananas
2 cups old-fashioned oats
1 cup creamy or crunchy nut butter (or peanut butter - but I prefer Almond Butter)
1 cup chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease up a 9×5-inch loaf pan... then add the bananas, oats and nut butter to a blender and blend until smooth. Try not to over blend the batter as this will lead to a denser loaf.
Blend just until the oats are ground. Stir in the chocolate chips.
Pour batter into pan... slice up a banana to top it off & add a few more more chocolate chips...the bomb!
Bake for 30-35 minutes...you know the drill - do the knife test ;)
Let bread cool completely before slicing up...store it in loaf pan or in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
Even better toasted with a shmear of butter or your fav nut butter!
