This Big Mac in a Bowl has all of the great flavors and textures of a Big Mac Cheeseburger without the bun!

Ground beef, cheese, pickles and special sauce. Traditional Big Macs have onions and no tomatoes. I like to add tomatoes and no onion, then hit it with picked Jalapeños for an extra kick🔥
What you do:
Season ground beef (or turkey) with garlic powder, onion powder, a few shakes of Coconut Aminos, salt and pepper. Brown ground beef in large pan, leave the beef in bite sized chunks. Drain beef.
Special Sauce : Mix all dressing ingredients until combined: 2 TBSP Olive Oil, 1 TBSP Mayo, 1 TSP Mustard (I used Dijon), 1 TBSP Apple Cider Vinegar or White Vinegar, 1 TSP Siracha, 1 TSP maple syrup, salt & pepper to taste.
Miix up the Salad: ground beef, special sauce, lettuce, cheese, tomatoes, pickles and a sprinkle of sesame seeds!
